Experience dogsledding in Svalbard – the high Arctic – with Arctic Husky Travellers – a small family business located 10 km outside the small settlement Longyearbyen! In our husky kennel we have 50 faithful sled dogs, which we have great pleasure in summer and winter. With our four-legged friends we have criss-crossed large parts of the northern hemisphere. Our huskies have run the world’s longest dog race Iditarod in Alaska and Europe’s longest dog race Finnmarksløpet in Norway as well as even taken us to the North Pole. We have been living in Svalbard for more than 10 years and have the pleasure of offering small groups and families with children tailor made dog sledding tours. We also can arrange more demanding tours those with previous dog sledding experience.
